Warranty, Return & Upgrade PolicyAll machinery sold by MC2 carries a manufacturers warranty. Normally one year on new machinery. All machinery sold by MC2, unless specifically & clearly stated otherwise, may be returned to MC2 at any time for credit against the purchase of other equipment or supplies. Calculation of the credit on machinery is normally based on the full amount of the original invoiced price less 2% per month of use. This policy is designed because we frequently find customers opt for a low cost “Starter” unit and then discover that the features of a more expensive electric or other higher level machine justify the additional expense in their situation. We like to make it easy for our customers. |
